I am looking at CD packaging design for university project again (posted Hideki's one back in December - link) and decided to make a few illustrative cover designs just to test different foldings and styles.
I always try to make any work a pleasure for myself, so I decided to re-make the album covers of my 3 favourite albums of all time. The first one is The Suburbs by the Arcade Fire.
I didn't make any sketches, just went with my feelings of the music, so really no explanation for the design. I quite like it though. Haha.
I made a little video clip to see how it's folded, hope you enjoy...and let me know what you think! I will post the next couple of covers soon~
